We've equipped the house to provide you with a luxury, relaxing break - the bedrooms have solid wooden beds with luxury highgrove mattresses, Egytpion percale cotton linen; The newly fitted bathrooms all have power showers with fluffy white towels; the first floor living area is spacious yet comfortable.

Ideally suited for groups and families.

For families there is a trvel cot and high charge (free of charge), toy box, games cube, DVDs, books, bath mat, potty, children's cutlery and plates; steriliser, hand blender and a specially designed child's bedroom.

Living Area

Wall to wall glass sliding doors opening to glass-fronted balcony which overlooks the largest lake on the Estate. First floor living with stunning vaulted ceiling, oak-floors and modern wood-burning stove.

Open-plan living area includes modern oak dining table seating 8 - 10.

Kitchen Facilities

Spacious, modern kitchen with five hob gas double oven, full height fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and fully equipped. Separate utility room with washer drier.

Outside Area

The award-winning Lower Mill Estate is an exclusive development of second homes set within a 450 acre nature reserve with seven lakes, three rivers including the River Thames just three miles from its source. The newly opened on-site £6 million Artspa has slate-lined indoor and outdoor heated pools and an `eco pool`, gym, sauna and steam room all free for guests of Goose NestHouse. Or you could treat yourself to a relaxing massage or pedicure (extra) from the highly trained beauty therapists. The Estate also has a small shop, two children's playgrounds, trampoline and tennis court. Guests of Goose Nest House can fish and boat on the lakes for free.
