The resort has extensive leisure facilities including 9 hole golf course, tennis outdoor pool (seasonal) and an excellent leisure centre with well equipped fitness suite and indoor pool.

Conditions
30% deposit required to secure booking, balance to be paid Six weeks before start of holiday.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by cheque or bank transfer at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Saturday to Saturday bookings only are accepted in July and August.
Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable £20 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
Cancellation insurance is advisable as the full holiday amount is due in the event of any cancellation. However, a refund will be be offered if the accommodation is re-let, less any difference between the two bookings and a small administration charge of £25.00

This resort can be easily reached by road, Take the M5 from Bristol to junction 31, exit onto A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton. Take the A39 exit toward Newquay/St Columb/St Dennis/Indian Queens.
At Highgate Hill Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A39. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392, towards Newquay. Turn right after half a mile into Atlantic Reach.

You can also fly to Newquay from places such as London, Manchester and Bristol. Newquay Airport is the largest commercial airport serving Cornwall, Newquay now offers a real alternative to the long journey by road and rail.
