Property Description
We bought this apartment because of its location, yes, and also its large amount of natural light and the high spec. finish throughout. Oak flooring, under-floor heating in the shower-room, built in speakers for the iPod docking station, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, secure entry system and private atrium area to sit in the sunshine, or the little private balcony off the lounge. We are on the first floor, atrium level and there is a lift. All doors are wide enough for wheelchair entry. The apartment would be suitable for those who have slightly impaired mobility, but are able to walk a few steps.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with an oven and hob, large fridge and freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and we have stocked it with china, cutlery and glassware cooking pans and every utensil we think you might need, all brand new and of high quality.
The lounge / dining area, has a sofa-bed, glass dining and coffee tables, TV with a huge number of channels and DVD player, books, magazines, a few games and DVDs to watch.
The bedroom has a double wardrobe with mirror doors and the bed, well, it is just the best one Marks and Spencer sell, queen size with 2200 pocket springs, anti-allergy, cashmere and silk filled, and you will have difficulty leaving its comfort in the morning. The pillows are pure down, or synthetic alternative. The bed linen is 100% high thread count Egyptian cotton. There are three chests of drawers and bedside lights which are high enough to give you light on your book.
The shower-room has a white suite, heated towel rail as well as the warm floor, and thermostatically controlled shower . We supply a range of Sea Kelp toiletries by Scottish Fine Soaps along with cotton balls, shower caps, and make-up remover pads, thick cotton bath sheets, hand towels, face flannels and towelling slippers.
There is a Margiota supermarket (open 7.00am to 10.00pm daily) and an ATM just across the atrium and through the other apartment block. The New Town Deli on the corner serves breakfast from 7.00am, great lunches to take away or eat in. The award winning, 4 star, fish and chip shop ?Alba Dora? is just around the corner and the Cuckoo Café serves the best cup cakes ever.

It is a truly classy and interesting part of the city with a wealth of visitor attractions all within walking distance. Two minutes to Dundas Street with the bus stop and taxi rank right there.
